Welcome to MajesticVZNZ! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on our website. By using our site and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.  

- All products are handmade to order, and we require **7-14 business days** to complete and ship your order.  

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.  

- Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.  

- MajesticVZNZ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs for international orders.  

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within **7 days of receiving your order**.  

- To be eligible for a return:  

  - The item must have no visible wear, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.  

  - Custom or personalized items are **non-refundable and non-returnable** unless defective. 

 •Refunds   

- Approved refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** and issued to the original payment method.  

- Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations may occur. These are not considered defects but a testament to the uniqueness of each piece.  

**As mentioned above custom or personalized items are non-returnable AND non-refundable.

- All content, including product designs, images, and text, is the property of MajesticVZNZ and may not be used or reproduced without permission.  

- MajesticVZNZ is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay once your order is shipped.
